We charge an Standard Shipping Rate of USD $15.00 per order.

Any orders with a total of USD $100 or above we offer FREE Standard Shipping.

All deliveries will be sent from our warehouse located in Hong Kong. An Order Tracking Number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 7-14 working days for your order to be delivered to you. Please expect a slight delay for public holiday and holiday season orders.

You may be required to sign for delivery. If you are not available to accept your delivery, our designated carrier may leave a card giving you instructions on making either a re-delivery or collection from them. If however a delivery or collection is delayed or refused unreasonably by you (within 2 weeks from our first attempt to deliver the product to you), we will cancel your order and process a refund minus any administration charges incurred (including attempting to deliver and then returning the product, storage fees, etc).

Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the customer. Unfortunately we have no control of these charges. We strongly advise you to check first what import charges may apply before ordering.

Our goal at Missco Girl is to ensure that you are completely happy with your shopping experience. We accept an one time exchange or return on full-priced items and/ or full-priced items with less than 20% discount within thirty (30) days of purchase (AKA the date listed on your receipt), provided that the item(s) is unopened, unused and in its original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable.

Full-priced items purchased with a discount code of more than 20% are not eligible for return.

Please note we can only offer one-time exchange and to the same value as the returned item.

We cannot accept returns on flash sale and clearance items. Please note that all flash sale and clearance items are final. Should any flash sale or clearance items be returned to us without our expressed written consent, we reserve the right to post back the items to the customer and the customer will be liable for the additional postage costs.

You must return your items  within 30 days from the day you received your package.

Please note that return postage costs and custom tax and duties that might incur are non-refundable.

Non-deliverable orders due to wrong addresses given, rejected or unclaimed parcels will not be refunded. We reserve the right to charge the customer any expense that may incur to re-post or return the parcel back to us.

To Make a Return
For eligible returns, please first email us at inquiries@misscogirl.com with your name, your order number and item(s) you wish to return. We will send you a Returns Authorization Number (RAN) and a Returns Form to complete and include in your parcel. If an item is returned without a RAN and Returns Form sent to us, we reserve the right to post back the item you and you will be liable for the additional postage costs.

We strongly advise you to send your return to us using a secure, trackable method and that you retain your proof of postage. Until we receive your return, the items and their condition are your responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for packages that do not reach us or if items are returned in non-saleable conditions.

After we have received, verified and approved your return, you will receive an email confirming this. All refunds will be issued through PayPal to your original payment account. Please allow for 3-10 working for the money to be returned to your account.

Things to Remember:

  • Ensure all items are returned are in their unused condition and original packaging
  • Email us for a RAN and complete and include the Returns Form in your parcel
  • Keep a copy of your tracking number or proof of postage
  • You must return your items within 30 days from the day you received your package.
  • If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted accordingly
  • If you have received an incorrect item or if there is an item missing from your order, please contact us on inquiries@misscogirl.com at your earliest convenience
  • If you have purchased your goods from a third party or store please contact the relevant store/ website directly. We cannot accept any goods back that haven’t been purchased via our website

If you received a faulty/ damaged item, please contact us on inquiries@misscogirl.com with your order number and pictures of the damaged item. Our team will then assess the damage and advise the next course of action.

Gift Cards purchased from Missco Girl cannot be exchanged or refunded.
